• Reaching Over 47,000 Women: Through their national rescue system, Human Coalition provided life-saving support to tens of thousands of women facing unplanned pregnancies, helping many choose life by addressing the obstacles they believed made abortion their only option. 
• Expansion into New States: Human Coalition established operations in Louisiana, broadening their reach to serve more women with telecare services and on-the-ground support.
• Internal Flourishing: Human Coalition invested heavily in its organizational culture, earning a “Best Christian Workplace” designation with a 96% employee retention rate. “Our people are our greatest asset,” Jeff explained, highlighting the importance of a healthy, spiritually grounded team in carrying out life-and-death work every day. 

Jeff also shared the deeply personal milestone of writing a book with his wife, Beauty from Ashes, which tells their story of redemption through God’s grace and the generational impact of healing after abortion. 

The Need for Greater Unity in the Holistic Pro-Life Movement

Jeff acknowledged both progress and ongoing challenges when it comes to collaboration within the pro-life movement. Historically, organizations have often worked in isolation, but initiatives like Stand For Life have brought groups together in unprecedented ways. 

“We won’t end abortion without the Church, and we won’t do it without collaboration and unity,” Jeff stated. “Five years ago, many of these organizations didn’t know each other well and sometimes had tense relationships. But today, trust has been built, and trust is the foundation for working together.” 

Jeff emphasized that the Church must prioritize life, comparing the loss of 3,000 preborn lives daily to a tragedy that should mobilize every Christian to action. Stand For Life plays a critical role in this mission by uniting ministries and churches to create a comprehensive response to the abortion crisis.

Human Coalition’s partnerships with other holistic pro-life organizations have led to remarkable outcomes: 

• Embrace Grace: Human Coalition referred nearly 100 women to Embrace Grace, where they received mentorship, baby showers, and spiritual support. 
• Save the Storks: During a hurricane in Florida, Human Coalition partnered with Save the Storks to provide immediate telecare services alongside mobile medical units. Over the course of a weekend, the collaboration helped save more than 30 lives.
• Heartbeat International: Jeff described how Human Coalition and Heartbeat International have developed a strong partnership. The two organizations now collaborate on integrated intervention systems to enhance care for women in crisis pregnancies.
• Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF): Human Coalition has worked with ADF on pro-life legislative efforts, leveraging legal expertise to protect both preborn children and their mothers.

Looking Ahead: Vision for 2025

Jeff shared his vision for a future where abortion is unthinkable. To achieve this, Human Coalition is committed to scaling its rescue system and deepening its support services. Key priorities for 2025 include: 

• Expanding State-by-State Operations: Human Coalition plans to grow its telecare and on-the-ground services to reach more women across the U.S. 
• Maternal Health Programs: The organization is exploring ways to expand healthcare services for pregnant women, addressing both physical and emotional needs.
• Engaging the Church: Jeff emphasized that the Church is vital to ending abortion. “We have to come together as the body of Christ to care for moms and save babies,” he explained. Human Coalition is partnering with Life Collective to mobilize churches in this effort. 

“Our dream is to save the next baby and care for the next mom every day,” Jeff shared. “When 76% of women tell us they’d prefer to parent if their circumstances were different, it proves that what we’re doing works. We just have to do more—together.”
